These terms cover your use of helmplatform.work and, if you join it, the Helm Partner Program. Using the site means you accept them.

The website

Content on this site, including the pow-wow market brief, is provided for information. We keep it accurate and sourced, but it isn't professional, financial, or legal advice.
The Prairie Sky Pow-Wow demo exists so you can evaluate Helm. All demo data is fictional. Don't probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the demo or any part of the platform.

Partner Program

Commissions. Partners earn a commission on the first subscription payment of each organizer they refer, at the tier in effect when the referral converts: 20% (1–5 events), 25% (6–15), 30% (16+).
Attribution. Referrals are attributed by referral link or by the organizer naming you. Self-referrals, fabricated leads, and misleading claims about Helm forfeit commissions and end the partnership.
Representations. Partners are independent, not employees or agents of Helm, and may not make commitments on Helm's behalf beyond published materials.
Changes. We may adjust program terms with notice; earned commissions are honored under the terms they were earned under.

Liability

The site and demo are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Helm Platform isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada.
